Overstable Or Understandable
It is possible to have a disc that is overstable, understandable, or neutral (fully stable). The direction of rotation of your disc is indicated by this word. The disc's rotation to the right is also a way to quantify a turn. This signifies that your disc is more resistant to the Turn. A -5 indicates that your disc is unable to manage the Turn. Turning the disc is a common habit for new players.
